Our team of more than 50 digital professionals combines deep technical expertise with real industry knowledge. There is a reason I live just eight minutes from the IDA office, I genuinely love being here. The relaxed atmosphere, great colleagues, shared breaks, and excellent workspaces make everyday work enjoyable. At IDALABS, you work on real projects from day one, whether you are experienced or just starting out. We work iteratively, we focus on getting results quickly, then we keep improving. I moved into IT after working in translation and project management, and it was the best decision I have made. I study IT security alongside my role, but I learnt the most important skills through training and practical work at IDALABS. I am glad I took the leap.

Our IDA project teams work flexibly, self organised, and iteratively. Direct communication, fast feedback, and close customer collaboration help us improve continuously and create value where it is needed.

Three locations
Great ideas need space. Our IDA headquarters is in the centre of Kiel. We also have a second office in the Kiel district of Südfriedhof, and our summer house in Altenhof near Eckernförde is ideal for creative workshops, hackathons, and team events.
Events and afterwork
